Shell has been an art director for over 20-years. She is the past Program Manager for the Southwest Florida College department of Graphic Design where she currently serves as an Adjunct Professor. Her expertise is in corporate branding and product development.

Shell savors the process of creation. Her groovy gift is the ability to see into the quantum space the place between a client's words and the unsaid, to the core of the idea that is meant to change our reality. She shapes a campaign around that precious nugget and helps to release it into the world.

Shell is a co-creator and encourages a cooperative, service-based environment within as well as outside of the office. She exudes a grounded confidence and compassion which radiates through all internal and external corporate endeavors.
